Intelligent Automation

Smart Edit®, the core language editing system in the Smart Suite® production engine, uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) for contextual copyediting to improve editorial quality with better, faster markup and delivery to output channels. Smart Edit transforms a raw, unedited manuscript into an edited, structured, valid XML document. From this XML document, Smart Edit creates a host of outputs such as PDF, HTML5, and ePub.
